CAN-Montreal Alliance 2027 Registration Now Open
The CAN-Montreal Alliance 2027 Second Edition is officially accepting team registrations.
This winter, football clubs, organized teams and player groups from across Greater Montréal are invited to enter a unique competition built around African nation representation, community pride and full 11-a-side indoor football.
CAN-Montreal Alliance is not a futsal or small-sided tournament. Teams compete in full 11v11 football indoors, allowing clubs to continue playing the complete game throughout the Montréal winter.
Bring your club. Choose the African nation you want to represent. Build your squad. Enter the Alliance.
Represent an African Nation in Montréal
At the heart of CAN-Montreal Alliance is a simple but powerful idea: bringing Montréal's African football communities together through national representation.
Participating clubs and organized groups select an African nation to represent during the competition.
Players on a team do not all have to hold the nationality of the country being represented. The model allows clubs and groups to come together under an African national identity while creating opportunities for more nations to participate in the competition.
From established football clubs to ambitious organized teams, the 2027 edition creates another opportunity to represent your chosen nation on the field.
Full 11v11 Indoor Football This Winter
CAN-Montreal Alliance offers something different from traditional winter football programs.
This is the full game.
Teams compete:
- 11 players versus 11 players
- On an indoor football field
- Through a multi-month winter competition
- Under an African nation representation
- In a competitive and community-driven environment
The objective is to keep clubs active during the winter while creating meaningful football competition, rivalries and community engagement across Greater Montréal.
More Than Football
CAN-Montreal Alliance is designed to bring together football, culture and community.
Every match represents more than two teams competing for points. It gives players, families, supporters and communities an opportunity to gather around the nations they represent.
Expect a winter season built around:
- Competitive football
- African nation representation
- Community engagement
- Player visibility
- Matchday atmosphere
- Football culture
- New rivalries
- Months of meaningful competition
United by Football. Driven by Community.
